This Week in our Class
Reading-
As we review for TCAP, we will focus on answering text dependent questions, word
meanings of multi-meaning words in context, book parts, and reference materials
English- Students
will focus on editing sentences and labeling parts of sentences.
Math
– We will review for TCAP with a focus on elapsed time, fractions, and reading
data on charts and tables
Science- We will review for TCAP with a focus on life
science, physical science, and earth and space science while placing an
emphasis on
Data Night- March 31st at 5:30.
TCAP will be taken the
week of April 28!
Please mark your calendars and plan on
joining us for a look at your child’s test scores from the Discovery Education
test C.
We will go over the reports with you, and
you will be able to see your child’s areas of strengths and any weaknesses that
may need extra work. We will use these results to identify ways to best prepare
your child for TCAP. Hope to see you then!!!
